Estimated delivery timelines are clearly listed in each package description and begin once payment and required materials are received.
Delivery times may vary only if agreed upon in writing prior to payment.
No monthly fees apply to one-time website packages.
The price paid for one-time website packages is a one-time lifetime charge.
For the $60 and $100 per month full management options, payment must be made in full on the day of purchase and again on the same rotating date each following month.
If payment is declined or the designated point of contact chooses to cancel the monthly service, the website may be removed.

Every project is developed with close attention to the client’s goals, vision, and expectations.
If any concerns arise during or after delivery, they will be reviewed carefully and addressed promptly.
Our priority is ensuring that each client receives a final product that meets the agreed standards and performs exactly as intended.

All products, websites, Instagram pages, and social media assets created by Skyline Webworks are original work created by Skyline Webworks.
Clients retain usage rights for their own projects, but may not resell, redistribute, or present the work as their own creation or intellectual property.
Skyline Webworks is not liable for platform-related issues, including but not limited to account bans, content removal, algorithm changes, or third-party service disruptions affecting promotion performance.

All purchases are non-refundable once work has begun or once the website has been delivered.
Clients must confirm all details before payment.

Premium packages receive unlimited free edits.
These include small adjustments that do not change the structure of the site, including text corrections, image swaps, color adjustments, spacing fixes, and link updates.

Edits that change structure, add features, or require new code are considered website changes.
These require a custom quote.
Examples include new sections or pages, added galleries, layout redesigns, or any feature requiring additional scripting.

All websites are managed and maintained by Skyline Webworks under Kenneth Love.
Hosting infrastructure is provided through trusted third-party hosting providers to ensure reliable, large-scale performance and stability.
For the $60 and $100 per month full management options, the website, Instagram page, and any social media accounts created by Skyline Webworks are the intellectual property of Skyline Webworks© unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Each server or organization must designate one authorized representative before purchase.
Only that individual may request edits or structural changes.
Skyline Webworks will not make unapproved changes, edits, or deletions to managed intellectual property unless approved by the server’s designated point of contact.

Any attempted chargeback will be seen, disputed, and fought with full evidence including timestamps, screenshots, and message logs.
If a chargeback is opened, the website will be immediately taken down and the client forfeits all rights to support or future service.
No refunds and no exceptions.
Skyline Webworks reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, chargebacks, abuse, or violation of agreed terms without prior notice.

Once a one-time website package project is paid for and delivered, the website build belongs to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Skyline Webworks retains management responsibility for hosting, maintenance, and approved updates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For the $60 and $100 per month full management options, Skyline Webworks retains full ownership rights to all digital assets, source code, designs, and content created under the program unless explicitly transferred in writing.
