All website orders are delivered based on the delivery window of the package purchased. Estimated delivery timelines are clearly listed in each package description and begin once payment and required materials are received. Delivery times may vary only if agreed upon in writing prior to payment. No monthly fees apply. The price paid is a one-time lifetime charge.
Skyline Webworks maintains a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Every project is developed with close attention to the client’s goals, vision, and expectations. If any concerns arise during or after delivery, they will be reviewed carefully and addressed promptly. Our priority is ensuring that each client receives a final product that meets the agreed standards and performs exactly as intended.
All products and websites are original work created by Skyline Webworks. Clients retain usage rights for their own projects, but may not resell, redistribute, or present the work as their own creation or intellectual property.
All purchases are non-refundable once work has begun or once the website has been delivered. Clients must confirm all details before payment.
Premium packages receive unlimited free edits. These include small adjustments that do not change the structure of the site, including text corrections, image swaps, color adjustments, spacing fixes, and link updates.
Edits that change structure, add features, or require new code are considered website changes. These require a custom quote. Examples include new sections or pages, added galleries, layout redesigns, or any feature requiring additional scripting.
All websites are managed and maintained by Skyline Webworks under Kenneth Love. Hosting infrastructure is provided through trusted third-party hosting providers to ensure reliable, large-scale performance and stability.
Each server or organization must designate one authorized representative before purchase. Only that individual may request edits or structural changes.
Any attempted chargeback will be seen, disputed, and fought with full evidence including timestamps, screenshots, and message logs. If a chargeback is opened, the website will be immediately taken down and the client forfeits all rights to support or future service. No refunds and no exceptions.
Once the project is paid for and delivered, the website build belongs to the client. Skyline Webworks retains management responsibility for hosting, maintenance, and approved updates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
